Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Disabled Veteran - new, flat style. Fleet Vehicle - these are replacing many of the old Government plates. Foreign Organization. - for Taiwanese Officials, as they are not given official Diplomatic status. Mayor - this rare plate belongs to Walter Washington, who, in 1978, became the city's first elected mayor. Motorcycle - Unfortunately, not the best picture - this is the new-style DC cycle plate, but this one is on a Police cycle. Police cycles in the past got permanent DC Govt plates. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Police - these were only used for a short time and were then replaced by regular DC Government plates Prince Hall Masonic Family. - new, better photo Taxi - new, flat style with block-letter state name Temporary - DMV issued Temporary - Dealer issued - these were quickly phased out - in true DC fashion, dealers that sold 20 cars per month were somehow issuing 100s of these plates during the same time.
